• An applicant must be sponsored by two members of the NNTC in good standing from separate households. It is strongly recommended that one of the sponsors live in the same general area of the country as the applicant.
• A new member may not sponsor an applicant for a period of two years following acceptance into NNTC.
• A member may sponsor only two applicants per year.
